Important - Service Fees vs. AI Provider Costs: Your Helpmaton subscription fees cover platform services only (hosting, agent configuration, workspaces, teams, document search, and Helpmaton API calls). AI provider calls (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are separate from service fees and are not included in your subscription. You may either provide your own API keys (paying the AI provider directly) or purchase credits through Helpmaton for AI provider usage.
Important: We are not liable for any charges, bills, fees, or costs incurred from third-party providers, including but not limited to AI service providers, cloud computing services, API usage fees, or any other charges that may arise from your use of integrated third-party services.
8. DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
