Your journey to AI agent mastery starts here
Create Your Account
First things first - sign up for Helpmaton. Start with the free plan, or try paid plans with a 7-day trial. No credit card required.
- Click the "Start Your 7-Day Trial" button on the homepage
- Enter your email address and create a password
- Verify your email (check your spam folder)
- You're in! Welcome to Helpmaton
Create Your First Workspace
Workspaces are containers where your AI agents live. Each workspace has its own settings, credits, and team members.
- After logging in, click "Create Workspace"
- Give it a name
- Set your spending limits for AI provider calls (optional, but recommended)
- Invite team members if needed (optional)
- Click "Create" to finish
Important: AI Provider Setup
To use AI agents, you'll need to handle AI provider costs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). These are separate from your Helpmaton subscription. You have two flexible options:
- Use your own API keys: Connect your own AI provider API keys and pay providers directly - you get all Helpmaton features while maintaining direct billing relationships
- Purchase credits: Buy credits through Helpmaton for usage-based billing with transparent pricing
Your Helpmaton subscription covers the platform (hosting, memory, analytics, etc.); AI provider calls are billed separately. Set spending limits for budget control.
